One product, three views

The same record, useful to every person who touches the product.

Choose a perspective to see the next action in the real DPP Grid journey.

Brand

Move from source data to a signed passport.

Collect catalogue and supplier information, review evidence-aware suggestions, then publish only what your team approves.

  • Import a catalogue or start manually
  • Review source and evidence at field level
  • Preview, sign and generate a persistent QR carrier

The product journey

See what happens between a document and a scan.

DPP Grid keeps each decision visible: AI can suggest, your team reviews, and the published passport remains a durable customer experience.

Product categories

Start with the fields your category actually needs.

Templates describe readiness and evidence scope. They do not turn preparatory data into a legal certification.

Apparel and textiles

Materials, origin, care and circularity fields.

Electronics and EEE

QR Studio

Turn a signed record into a carrier people can trust.

Generate a validated SVG, PNG or PDF carrier, choose the language policy and keep the resolver linked to the published passport.

  • Logo-safe layout and frame text

A practical operating rhythm

From source material to every next life.

Each stage keeps a clear owner, review decision and public boundary so product information can move forward without losing context.

  1. 01Collect

Bring catalogue, supplier and source records together.

  2. 02Verify

Resolve conflicts, expiry and evidence scope before publication.

  3. 03Publish

Release a versioned passport with a persistent URL and QR carrier.

  4. 04Connect

Link storefront, care, safety, ownership and service journeys.

  5. 05Recirculate

Support repair, take-back and resale around the same item identity.

Three connected jobs

Trust the record before, during and after the first sale

DPP Grid joins evidence governance, persistent product identity and circular-lifecycle services in one platform.

Compliance readiness

Collect product, safety, economic-operator and supply-chain information while keeping current, preparatory, optional and review-needed fields distinct.

Explore compliance readiness

Authenticity and product identity

Create model-, batch- and item-level identities with persistent links, QR carriers, provenance and evidence-backed claims.

Circular commerce

Support ownership registration, transfer, repair history, take-back, trade-in and resale without replacing the original product identity.

Explore circular commerce

From first sale to every next life

One persistent identity can connect the whole product lifecycle

The passport remains resolvable while governed data, ownership and lifecycle events evolve through explicit, auditable workflows.

  1. Source
  2. Make
  3. Sell
  4. Own
  5. Repair
  6. Resell
  7. Recycle

Consumers can scan the public record in a browser without installing an app. Private ownership, repair, transfer and resale tools are optional account features.

Value on both sides

Built for product teams. Useful to the people who own the product.

The brand workspace governs the record; the public passport and optional wardrobe make that record useful beyond a compliance deadline.

For brands

Move from scattered files to governed product data.

  • EU DPP and GPSR readiness with source and maturity states
  • Supplier collection, catalogue import and AI-assisted extraction
  • Authenticity review and current-owner safety communications
  • Repair, take-back, loyalty and resale infrastructure
  • Lifecycle analytics with privacy-aware collection
Explore the brand workflow

For consumers

Scan, understand, care for and pass on an item.

  • View materials, origin, care and end-of-life guidance
  • See authenticity signals and evidence states without false guarantees
  • Register ownership and save an item to a private wardrobe
  • Record repairs and transfer ownership safely
  • Create an item-linked resale listing with disclosed condition

Evidence-backed assistance

AI can accelerate the work. It cannot approve the truth.

Suggestions stay separate from verified facts. DPP Grid keeps the source, confidence, conflicts and human decision alongside the proposed value.

  1. Import

Bring in catalogue records and source documents.

  2. AI extracts

Generate structured suggestions with source context and confidence.

  3. Evidence matched

Link each proposed value to the document or supplier response behind it.

  4. Human approves

Resolve conflicts and review scope before any public claim is accepted.

  5. Passport published

Create a versioned public record with human- and machine-readable outputs.

Regulatory clarity

A field state should say what is known - and what is not.

Rules are product- and jurisdiction-specific. DPP Grid helps organize and validate data, but does not replace qualified legal advice or conformity assessment.

Required now

A current applicable requirement for the selected product and market.

Stable current rule

A current rule with a maintained source and verification date.

Preparatory for upcoming rules

Useful readiness data that must not be presented as a final obligation.

Optional

Useful lifecycle information that is not mandatory in the current context.

Not applicable

Out of scope for the selected product, market or business role.

Needs legal review

Applicability or interpretation requires qualified assessment.

Integration paths

Bring product data in. Keep approvals explicit. Publish through controlled outputs.

Provider names describe supported pathways, not endorsements or partnerships. Production activation is shown only when credentials and approvals are genuinely live.

Straight answers

Digital Product Passport questions

The details below are real, indexable HTML and work without JavaScript.

What is a Digital Product Passport?

A Digital Product Passport is a persistent, structured product record designed to make defined product information available across a product lifecycle. Exact required fields depend on the product, market and applicable rules.

Which products currently require one?

Requirements vary by jurisdiction and product category. The EU ESPR establishes a framework, while product-specific delegated acts set scope, data and application dates. DPP Grid records the source and maturity of each field instead of treating every preparatory field as mandatory.

Is DPP Grid only for the EU?

No. The platform can organize product identity, evidence, care, ownership and circular-lifecycle information for multiple markets. Regulatory applicability must still be assessed for each product and jurisdiction.

Can I use DPP Grid before my category rules are final?

Yes. You can structure identifiers, suppliers, materials, evidence and lifecycle information now. Preparatory fields remain clearly labelled and can be updated as official product-specific rules develop.

Does DPP Grid make my product automatically compliant?

No. DPP Grid helps collect, validate, govern and publish product data. It does not replace professional legal advice, conformity assessment, testing, certification or the responsibilities of an economic operator.

Can I import products from Shopify or CSV?

Yes. The platform supports manual entry, CSV/XLSX catalogue imports and a Shopify integration path. Imported values remain reviewable before publication.

Can consumers use passports without installing an app?

Yes. A public passport opens in a web browser. An optional account adds private wardrobe, ownership, repair, transfer and resale tools.

What happens when a product is resold?

An eligible current owner can create an item-linked listing. Ownership transfers through a separate controlled workflow after the configured fulfilment event; possession of a QR code alone is not proof of ownership.

How are claims and evidence verified?

Sources, confidence, scope, review state and dates are retained. AI and supplier suggestions remain unverified until an authorized person approves them, and expired or conflicting evidence remains visible to reviewers.

Can DPP Grid connect to the EU Registry?

The connector can support registry-ready payloads and test modes. A live submission is shown only where the relevant category, tenant authorization, official service and credentials are actually available.

How is customer and ownership data protected?

Public product data is separated from private evidence, account and ownership data. Access controls, purpose-specific consent, encrypted sensitive fields, audit records and export/deletion workflows protect private information.

Can I cancel or export my data?

Yes. Account and continuity workflows support export, and subscriptions can be cancelled subject to the service terms and limited retention needed for security, safety, transactions and backups.
