Data-processing commitments
This DPA applies where DPP Grid processes personal data on a customer’s documented instructions as a processor.

DPP Grid maintains proportionate technical and organizational controls and will notify affected customers of confirmed personal-data breaches without undue delay.
Subprocessors and transfers
Current subprocessors are listed publicly. Contractual transfer safeguards are used where required.
Deletion and return
Customer data can be exported and is deleted or pseudonymized after termination subject to backups, safety, legal and transaction retention.
